Is there a way to re-arrange the Profile ? I have a few things, like Profile Comments and Profile Blog installed and it seems these things all line up on the right side, while on the left only a users forum info and contact details are. Now all on the right side makes one scroll down forever for all the things.
Isn't it possible to move some of the stuff to the left side so that its a bit more overlookable and not so far down ?
Any help is appreciated.

You can just simply edit the member_profile template via the ACP.

No. Yetii tabs is a JavaScript plugin.
yetii is a javascript. You make tabs with it - it is not a plugin.

If you are looking for a plugin then there are very few that do what you want. The reason I chose to use the yetii tabs is that I did not want to load jQuery and I wanted tab persistence for the pagination of the profile comments.
