Hello.
MyBB version: 1.6.8 (no plugins - default installation)

In Admin CP->Board Settings->User Registration and Profile Options we have this option: Number of failed logins before verification required.
Description: The number of times to allow someone to attempt to login before required to enter a CAPTCHA verification. 0 to disable.

But... CAPTCHA verification is not displayed, even the value is > 0 !
Why ?

Note: In Board Settings->General Configuration I use reCAPTCHA instead MyBB Default CAPTCHA !

This is the reason CAPTCHA verification is not displayed in login form, after failed attemps ?

So... it's a bug ?

I believe [Issue #2120] is the cause of that problem. It'll be fixed in 1.6.9.

I have 1.6.9 and this problem is not fixed for me.Even if I choose the regular mybb captcha.
