I need the administrators group subscribed users can edit a post created by any user on the forum. Any idea?

I think it is by default.
But as an admin you can give certain users admin permissions.
You can edit the admin group permissions at
Admin panel > Users and groups > Groups > select Administrators group and edit the forums and posts permissions.

thanks for the help but I need to change the list Subscribe Users, by default only shows me this list the user who created the post.
