Double titles on IPB theme as per pic

can I get rid of this and use a icon there instead ?

I've tried the "Forum Icons" Mod, but when I click on the link in the ACP I get a 403 error

There isn't an other way besides using the Forums Icons Moderation.

And make sure you installed the mod correctly. Retry it and see if you still get the error.

re-installed and still get the 403 error

May need some better instructions on how to install this one, my Spanish is non existant
