Hello, i didn't change nothing on forum,but i'm not able to put images visible for visitors.i don't understand why, i put it first like allegates, and after on tags and i can view it only if im register member: you can check here

You have to allow guests the ability to view attachments in the usergroup settings.
sorry but i didn't find this voices, after searching about 30 minutes into ACP
ACP > Users & Groups > Groups > Guests > Can download attachments?
Yes perfect, i have think that can be this, but i was not sure becouse the name it's strange, download but not view or something similary, however thanks, now rest the other big problem that i can't resolve, about cookies if it's that the solution of my problem, please try your best to help with that
