I am using the Noar Donation plugin and I just seem not be able to make English always the standard language on the actual Paypal site. I already checked on things I can set in my Paypal account (Germany) but whatever I set, if someone for example in the US uses that plugin and gets to the actual PAYPAL site, the language is always in German.
Why is that ? Can't that be changed somehow to be always in english ? I dont find anymore things I can set in my Paypal account. So what else could it be ?
Any help is appreciated.
