I am having a custom theme made for free and i am helping as much as i can but me and the designer are stumped on how to lower the board stats so there isnt a big gap. between the board stats and the bottom of the page

Remove the height parameter from #footer. Also, I'm not sure what ifrm.com is, but I'd recommend hosting your images on
http://someimage.com/ so they are on the same server as your forum.
