I fiddled around with my skin, as well as had a member of RPG-Directory play around with it as well. All link CSS's are changed to match my skin. But when you look at my home page, some links are still that bright blue that doesn't match anything at all. I tried Command+F to search for the HEX color code, the RGB form, and just the word "blue" to figure out which CSS might be affecting it, and I can't find it anywhere. My board should not be showing that blue.

Why is this happening, and how can I fix it?

Use the variable to your theme image folder {$theme['imgdir']} instead of hard coded paths in templates. For CSS, check by searching the image extensions (mostly .gif, alternately .png in maximum cases, rarely .jpg also).
