I'm trying to remove this 'warning level':

That can be only seen by Admins and mods though, unsure why you want to remove it.
You can allow other groups to view it depending on permission settings. Just disable the permission instead of doing edits like that.

I didn't know that. in that case, I might add it back in to view a user's warning history.
