You know when you want a text shadow how it has that shadow?
Well, I want to place a outline shaddow on the border of the forum.
See this forum? how on the sides it has that dark grey glow thing?
I want that!

How would I be able to do this? but as a black glow?

You can use CSS box shadows.

This site uses images for the shadows, though.
