In the task manager it shows that my rss posting mod is going to run every 5 minutes, well that is how I read it. Then over in the rss posting mod it says that it will get an update every 360 minutes. How does this work? Is there any reason to have the task manager run something that often when the task its self is set to an considerable larger value, these times that I mention are the defaults that I left as they are.

Have you tried changing the task settings?

rss posting mod, no I have not changed them yet I just assumed their was an reason the the task manager was pre-set for every 5 minutes. The 6 hours on the rss posting mod is about the right setting.

There are several rss mods. A link to where you downloaded it would be a start. I suggest changing the task settings and see how it goes, otherwise contact the PLUGIN developer for an explanation.
