Just updated my forum, and it destroyed all files included backups...that's a nice thing for an update.
More information? That doesn't provide us with much to go on...
Well if your forum update was a success, what's the point of old backups?
Just take a new one?
Also I recommend just taking a Full backup from cPanel.
