Dont delete usercp2.php It has multiple functions, its a core file why on earth would you want to delete it ?

How???
Go into your FTP program, find the location of the old images and overwrite them with the new images you want to use.

If you're using a FTP program, like Filezilla, just go to the location of those icons. Upload the images you want to replace them with on your computer, or where ever, rename them the same as the ones in the current folder, ie: logo.png > replacing logo.png

It will now read them as your new ones now.
