how do I solve this problem?

I've upgraded to the 1.6.9 version of the same result

Could be a browser caching issue. Try switching the url to ?limit=16 instead, or pressing CTRL+F5.

Edit: Actually, looks like you're using Firefox, which didn't seem to be caching RSS the last time I tried (in 17.0.1).

Can you share url of your forum here?

however, the other forum may be seen to Syndication
