I'm requesting a plugin that would go to root/showgroups.php where you could see all custom groups and you could click a button or link that would go to application or form which PM's to group leader and he/she decides wether to let him/her join to group or not.

I couldn't find any plugin that does this but if you know one please tell me.

Does the existing Join Group feature (in User CP) not do this for you?
