My How can I make a limitation to create users signature link on mybb forum. I have tried but unable to find out option that I need to modify to do this.

You can use this plugin for something like that:

Its basically a plugin allows you to dis-allow User Groups Using / Editing Signatures and Polling Votes having Low Post Count from the Min. Posts in Admin Control Panel Settings of this plugin.
