Currently using this one:

It sends donations as goods payments, so I get quite a bit deducted from my donations. Is there any plugin that sends the donations as a gift?

Yes and so PayPal will limit you, if that's what you want.

You're doing business in a way, you cannot simply expect PayPal to let you receive the full amount and bypass their guidelines.

I suppose I could always handle the donations personally.
