Wots up guys, im having a issue with my database, I recently switched from my own server to a hosting site where within a day i had used up all my allowance of connections which is odd as my database is only 30mb or so and i only have a max of 15-20 users online at one time. I switched to another host thinking it was the current host but same again "all used up within a matter of hours" is there a sql query i could run in phpadmin to find out what is causing this massive usage issue?

What plugins are you using? Try to deactivate all of them and see if the issue persists.

...is it really a massive usage issue or just crappy hosting...?

Usually when a host complains about how you use the database, they give you a list of specific slow queries that are causing the problem or similar.
