warn message when user registered or redirect to rules, any similiar thing??

it is validate from mybb team or its a beta stage??

i need simple plugin who sends message to user when registered or redirect it to forum rules.

It is not validated by the MyBB team, but I use it on my own sites.

It does not send a message. It sends the user to a php page which you can create by adding a template in your global templates. While they are being redirected it shows a redirection message.
