Upgrading from 1.4 to 1.6

Followed instructions (hopefully in the correct way)

You need to run the upgrade script. To do this, please visit http://yoursite.com/install/upgrade.php and follow the instructions Smile

Now get this "The installer is currently locked, please remove 'lock' from the install directory to continue"

Question -how?

Remove the file 'lock' from the ./install/ directory.
