It does not. I'm sure there are many other conflicts, but the one that I know of is that RL makes all the buttons in your post editor disappear.

It doesn't work with 1.6. There's a chance it'll work with 1.8 though.

The most common thing, as mentioned, is that most people have issues with editors and buttons disappearing You can actually look at creating PageRules as one option to turn off Rocket Loader on urls.
