I just replaced my buddy_online.gif with a different, custom one. I replaced my the existing one with my new one.

Yet it shows this?

I triple checked, and thats the exact name and directory where my custom icon is.

I see a green button with online written on it. Have you tried shift+ f5?

You maybe using CF and CF caches resources. You will need to purge your cache from CF panel.
