I recently merged a DB which was imported on December 11th, 2012 and after the merge my forums javascript has messed up. I can't click on any drop downs in the ACP, when I hover over the drop down button in chrome, I see a text at the right bottom of my browser.

Javascript functioning will have no relation to what's in the database, it's all run in the browser. A URL and test account will be required for us to help.

Oh I just checked and found out that I had adblock plus enabled with HSS VPN. It's working now. Thanks for the help.
