I have a TLD and I use the DNS of my host, although their control panel is a bit limited ( NO I WILL NOT SWITCH HOST )
If I use Cloudflare as a DNS is it possible to have my domain to my main website and a subdomain leading to another host ?

Yes, you simply have to point the A record subdomain at the other IP address. I did this with a Varnish cache server I setup. At the same time, you can benefit from CloudFlare's many features.
