Is there a plugin for like 70+ similes on your forum?
I don't think so because in AdminCP>Configuration>Smillies you can add edit!
Here are 13 I found, I couldn't find anything close to 70:

If you are looking for smilies, I'm not aware of any smilies plugin. But using Google you can find an almost unlimited supply of free smilies packs that you can add to your forum manually. Why on earth would you need 70+?
