Information:
This plugin allows you to place a box containing a users permissions at the bottom of a forum and/or a thread. This lists whether a user can make new threads, post replies, edit posts, delete posts and vote in polls. The user is also shown whether they are able to post HTML, BBCode, Smilies, IMG MyCode and Video MyCode.

Install Instructions:
Upload ./inc/plugins/permbox.php to ./inc/plugins/
and
Upload ./inc/languages/english/permbox.php to ./inc/languages/english/
Go to ACP > Plugins > Install & Activate
Configure PermBox settings to control when the box shows.

Update Instructions (1.0 -> 1.1):
Uninstall the old version by going to ACP > Plugins > Uninstall
Upload the new plugin files as described above.
Install the new version by going to ACP > Plugins > Install & Activate
Alter the settings if you wish.

Change Log:
1.0 - First Release

1.1 - Adds new HTML, MyCode, Smilies, IMG and Video Permissions (thanks to JordanMussi for helping with this)

BTW, you didn't add $theme as a global, that is why the images look so.. weird.
