Labrocca pointed out a vulnerability in the plugin, but the author claims to have patched it. Is it safe now?

If not, is there another reputation given plugin?

It looks like it's been fixed to me, labrocca later said that his fix would work.

Looks to me like the author patched it, using the intval function.
