I want a open a forum just for university students.
I'm knowing lots of feature of mybb system.
But i don't know how can i make this.

I want to give registration permission just edu.tr emails.
How can i do this?

I assume the easiest way without a plugin would just be to ban every domain extension except edu.tr. There might be around 50, including all of the country specific ones.
