Hi,
i want make a static graphics index page, then i will that if i click to the enter button, the browser show me the forum. Is like a preload. Is possible and how? I hear that for this i need to rename the file index.php to other name for example forum.php then i can add the index.html page in the forum folder. Or maybe is possible another solution?
Create your "preload" page and save it as index.html. Upload it to your root.

Then add this somewhere in your .htaccess file:
DirectoryIndex index.html index.php

Excuse me, in case, where i must insert your line code exactly? at the top or?
Rename htaccess.txt to .htaccess
(Notice the . before the name)

Use this content for it:

Options -MultiViews +FollowSymlinks -Indexes

DirectoryIndex index.html index.php

Thanks alot. Another question. This file contains an image that I would like to be self resizing depending on the video resolution of the visitor.
Hmmm, the only solution I can think of is to use different images for different resolutions then.
You might want to have a look at this:
http://buildinternet.com/2009/07/quick-t...ndow-size/
(Requires some javascript knowledge)

However, I don't recommend these techniques. You should think of something else.
Thanks for your support.!
