Basically that's really annoying and I just want it to direct to the search rather than load like that. Any suggestions?

Admin CP -> Configuration -> Settings -> Server and Optimization Options -> Friendly Redirection Pages
Set to Off
Edit:
If an individual user want to remove them all they need to do is
User CP -> Edit Options -> Other Options -> Show friendly redirect pages
Uncheck the input box.

Set this to Off in Configuration -> Settings -> Server and Optimization Settings.
