hello,

On the forum I help run, on the registration page, there is fields for "Additional Information" which includes Age and Location, is there an option to remove them from that page? I've checked the admin cp but can't seem to find an option.

Its MyBB 1.2.1 which was upgraded from 1.1.8

that is a plugin, you need manual installation...

The forums here don't ask for it tho or the clean install on localhost .

i use mybb 1.1.8 nd i installed the plugibn, i had to, so if you want it you will need to insr+tall it to, atleast for 1.1.8

Chris, there shouldn't be any additional info requested on the registration page unless you added them yourself. Are you sure you didn't add any required custom fields? Check Admin --> Users and Groups --> Custom Profile Fields

Ops, They were set to required in the custom profile feilds, didn't see that, thanks!
