I got some jquery plugins
this is one of them

but when I use web console in Firefox
I get
[12:59:23.034] TypeError: $.now is not a function
but dose work on index page but not on my tracker index page
I tried
{$mybb->settings['bburl']}
like you have to to get toplinks to work in my tracker but that did not work.
Now I am unable to post a link cause i am setting up on local host first
I think i got it i commented this line out
<!-- <script type="text/javascript" src="{$mybb->settings['bburl']}/jscripts/tracker/jquery.js"></script> //-->
and made a virtual dir to files and it seams to work now
