Lately my forum has slowed down a lot. I know this is not a software problem and most likely a host problem, but what does all this mean?

The page used to generate in less than a second. What does 98.58% Mysql mean? Is any of this info helpful when I contact my host?

98,58% mysql means that the MySQL is taking the longest time, actually more then 98 % of the time.
14 seconds is an long time, you should contact your host and ask if they are having any problems with there server/mysql server.
