You know the percentage "warning" bar that appears under a user's name to all Admins (on their posts, etc)

I'd like to have a percentage bar like that, which I can increase or decrease easily for individual users, that appears to all users and is not called "warning."

Is there a way this is possible that I just don't know, or is there a plugin for it? Tried some searches but could find nothing of use...

You'd have to create a plugin to do that. You can post a request in the Plugin Request forum and someone might help you there.

What kind of bar would it be?
