The plugin from Tomm is not made to add avatars to the portal latest threads. To do that you will have to either directly modify the portal php or write a plugin for portal. There are not many hooks in there for portal, so modifying the file is probably best.
However, you are using advanced portal so you would need to modify that version of the portal.php and the templates it creates.

@Leefish sorry im dont have modifying or write a plugin for portal..php and mybb forum knowlage is low..im new..plz you have knowlage and give me plugin i like..or how to modify and add php code? your help me...plz created plugin..thank you
