Sooooooo I don't want to get into a big argument or anything, but I'm sure there's ripped code from Ehren's themes in there.

Whats classed as "Ripped Code" though. Isn't CSS just CSS. If I add a border radius of 5px to a div with a border colour of #323232 , and the guy down the road uses the same div style. Is that ripping ? CSS is what it is. If someone creates a graphic then thats different, but saying someone ripped "CSS" is just wrong.

Anyways, I'll give feedback on the theme for lulz. The logo is extremely outdated and ugly (Sorry MyBB). Also doesn't match any of the theme at all. Also the menu and welcomeblock you used was built for a dark background (See previous links), so you've unfortunately used them wrong. I could go on but meh.
