I logged onto my forum today after having switched hosts and there was a section that said r00ted by amsterdam so i deleted it. Releasing I had no plugins I put all my old plugins into the inc/plugins folder and got this error message:

Did you have the Skype Profile 1.0 plugin installed. This 0day came out I think 2-3 days ago. Could instantly promote the user to admin.
Nope I do not have that, I have a different error now...

Your database config is incorrect - specifically the database extension chose. Look in the /inc/config.php file or contact your host.
