Well. I'm able to see your forum in FF and Opera, but IE is a different story.

under easyphp, you must disable Gzip Compression
for transfering your board, you must edit this files (on "inc" folder):
- config.php
- settings.php
after, you must modifiy the General Configuration of your board too. that's all

sous easyphp, tu dois désactiver la compression Gzip sinon tu auras des pages blanches.
pour transférer ton forum, tu dois éditer ces fichiers (dans le répertoire "inc")

J'ai trouvé la solution. je dois d'abord installé le pack anglais avant d'effectuer les modifications nécéssaires avec le pack français.
