I have a huge user list and noticed that some are obvious bots. They most all have one thing in common .. that they have 0 posts. Is there any
way or scrip to delete and or ban any user with 0 posts ?

You can enable user pruning.

I would like to mention that there are some bugs with that. It deleted some users that actually did have posts so I turned it off.
