Hello,

I have another problem: Users are complaining that they can't access just some of the forum threads. It says:

Quote:Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, root@localhost and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

I tried to access too that specific threads and they really don't work, I don't know what to do.
Take a look at your .htaccess file.
It is a server problem.

Go to them and make a ticket describing the problem.
What plugins have you installed, maybe one it's causing this.
Thank you for the answers !

@imtiax: and then what should i do?
@Sunsettommy: they said this problem doesn't belong to them...
@alv4: I've installed many plugins... x_X

It clearly says it is a SERVER problem:

You need to ask them politely to investigate the problem again.I suggest that you send them in full the server problem notice to get them to see the problem is likely at their end.

Since others suggested a possible plug in problem why not disable the ones you installed most recently one at a time to see if it really make a difference.

The .htaccess file should be checked to see what it looks like.
Thank you for the answer!

I deactivated all the plugins and the problem didn't disappear.

I uploaded the .htaccess file. Can you please look and see what's wrong?

.htaccess download

If you uploaded the file and the problem is still there then it is 99.99% sure to be a SERVER problem.Go ask them to fix it.
Yes you were right, thank you very much. They fixed the problem Smile
