When I checked to see how much my forum is cached in google I found that all my forum pages were cached, but no threads were. Threads are what is important in delivering content. My forum is only 3 days old, but is this unusual? What are your opinions?

3 days is nothing. Wait a few more weeks at least and check back again.

Also make sure guests can see threads.
Admin CP -> Users & Groups -> Groups -> Guests -> Forums & Posts -> Can view threads? -> Yes
