I have ready rename and deleted htacces.txt file but problem still not solved
can some one help me to solved that?

what mean the ACP?
log error is
"Internal server error". This error is returned when you try to execute a CGI/Perl script which contains syntax errors.
what the means?i am newbie please help me

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Have you checked your error log?

yes error log is
Error 500 500 - "Internal server error". This error is returned when you try to execute a CGI/Perl script which contains syntax errors.

There should be more information than that. Have you tried contacting your webhost? You're running as very old version of Apache, something tells me it's an environment issue.
