I'm having this problem when I go to my forums:

This happened after my host helped me change from a free hosting account to a premium account.

Any ideas how to solve?

It's a host issue. You need to contact your web host.

Sorry for double posting, but I've been told I had to change the sql thing in my configuration file.

But I have no idea where that is :/
