My website was hacked few hours before i restored it.. but now the hacker is again and again hacking in my website and making changes in templates and themes...

Pls tell me how to increase security in website .....

Thanks in advance....
Make sure you're using a very secure password, with high complexity and that it's not being used anywhere else.

You should also scan your computer for anything malicious, in case you're being key logged.

And finally, it could be your host. Shared Hosting is exactly what it is, shared with other people. A common hacking method is to upload a rootkit onto the shared server, and see which forums they can hack & take over on it.

Your server could be affected.

EDIT:

This guide should be a good read:

Unfortunately you would have to work with your host to investigate and figure out where the hacking is occurring from. Labrocca is really good at that, but unsure if he would help.

Read through the guide and take all the steps you possibly can to protect yourself first.

Uninstalling unnecessary plugins is important, because some of them may be leaving a back door for the hacker.

And while I'm not accusing you of using pirated plugins, I want just make clear that any plugins that you get should come directly from MyBB.com or the official developer like MyBBCentral or MyBB-Plugins.

Plugins from unofficial sources can be tainted as well.
okkk thanks a lot for reply..
Check your raw access logs (usually from cPanel) and try to go through them and see if you find any suspicious file uploaded or visited which is not part of MyBB package.
thanks...
There is not any suspicious file uploaded but my shared hosting server has around 350 shared sites .. so it is possible that flaw or venerability in those sites causes hacking in my site....
It's very possible. But you should at least make sure that your site doesn't have any suspicious file. I recommend to download a backup of your files locally, and go through against each directory and look over for any other suspicious file.
okk thanks for the help.. i will go through hosting server...

Malicious file can be of any format....
