Its a profile field and an edit to the postbit.
Try searching in the tutorials section for profilefields.

You clearly had enough time to make that post, though. Surely your requirement for this feature isn't so urgent that you cannot even spare a few minutes to explore for yourself, exploration of resources is something every webmaster should be able to do.
Infact he is new so I think he has no idea as to what it is or how could he explore himself. That's why he created this thread asking from the community. Every one has to start from some point.

You can put {$post['fidX']} in your postbit_author_user template, where X is the profile field id (Custom Profile Fields).
You can view and set the profile fields in:
Admin CP -> Configurations -> Custom Profile Fields
