when i install it always welcome messages.
i already check "Send anonymous statistics about your server specifications to the MyBB Group" then next after that always returning to welcome message.
any clue?
I don't really understand what is your problem. Are you sure that you uploaded all the files correctly from a fresh copy?

I really think that I saw a forum installed and the install folder locked.
I don't know why this is happening. Try to upload the install folder again. Are you in a shared hosting, in a dedicated server or what? Check this and see if you have all the requirements in your server:

i download latest version 1.6.9 on

and uploading files i got. on when i extract it , i got 2 document = documentation and upload
i already re-upload the files. always same like before. i can't process to next step , always returning to installer : welcome.
