So I recently changed my URL and when I began to check everything was working fine, I found that when I registered a new account, the verification email wasn't there. I did this with 2 email addresses and resent the email activation but still got nothing.

Is this anything to do with the fact that I changed my domain name a couple of days ago? How could I go about fixing this?

You may have to update your board email settings since it might be sending it automatically to trash, or the web hosting server you are on doesn't notice the new URL is still related to the old one. Try changing that and also on your hosting panel updating the email address that you want to send emails with.
