Admin CP -> Configuration -> General Configuration -> Disable All Plugins -> Yes -> Save Settings.

After you do this, check if the problem is still there. You can enable all the plugins again by putting No again, you won't lose anything. This way I can check if it's some plugin that is causing the problem.

I have checked by disabling all plugin then its working....

But by enabling plugins it is not working...

So which plugin u think should be deactivated......

I see a ton of sections =\
Maybe try clearing your cache & cookies first.

Ok, seems like it is a plugin that is causing that. I can't say which one it is. If you want, send me the username and password of an account with access to the Admin CP and I can try to check it for you.

You should disable the snowing effect. It's annoying, especially white on a white theme. It also causes the browsers to be a little laggy.
