Admin CP -> Configuration -> General Configuration -> Disable All Plugins -> Yes -> Save Settings.
After you do this, check if the problem is still there. You can enable all the plugins again by putting No again, you won't lose anything. This way I can check if it's some plugin that is causing the problem.
