Well, for some reason whenever me or another staff member tries to give rep, reputation.php either times out, or the CloudFlare site offline message displays. Normal users/custom usergroups can give reputation just fine, it's only staff that have the problem.

Have you tried replacing the file with a new downloaded copy of it? Seems like there is an error with it (the file itself).

Yes. tried that. Still doesn't work.
