This is easy. I made my forums like this.

By the way, my theme is copyrighted with DMCA, so is the structure of the theme, so think twice before trying to replicate my theme, or it's layout. You can base it off TTG, just don't reference to my site as what you are trying to accomplish, unless you would like your entire site that is on free webhosting to be taken down...
What are you talking about, I'm not trying to copy your site or theme, and my site is not even here.
